Roche Tower (Basel, Switzerland)
Roche is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Once completed in 2015, their headquarters will become Switzerland’s tallest building:

But I think the former design is much better:

I call it the “DNA building” LOL. They call it the “Wrapped Tree.”

Manila Central Post Office Building
Designed by Juan Arellano, the building was constructed in 1926 at the bank of Pasig River to efficiently receive and deliver mail thru the ferryboats. This is one of the structures that I admire in Manila for its Neoclassical glory.
Most impressive outside, but inside…hmmm.

Did you know? The Filipinas Heritage Library in Makati City was the former Manila International Air Terminal or simply Nielson Airport. It was established in the 1937, one of the oldest airports in Asia. (I love history!)
